Lisa graduated with a Bachelor degree from Utah State University in 1998.  She spent the next few years as a store manager while making the transition to being a full time investor and business owner.  She is currently a Regional Director for E&C Services, so she hires and trains team members to perform a chattel appraisals.  Lisa has been investing in real estate for the last 5 years, mainly buying rehabs and rentals.  She currently owns 25 units in Utah and Las Vegas.

Melissa spent 4 years studying finance with emphasis in tax laws.  In the early 90’s, she began working for a large hotel/casino in Las Vegas, filing financials with the Securities Exchange Commission, also known as the SEC.  When the hotel was sold, she moved into the home building industry.  For the past 7 years she worked for top builders such as Richmond American Homes and Jim Rhodes in Las Vegas as an estimator.  Her jobs had taught her how to appraise chattel on a commercial level.

      In, 2003, Melissa took her knowledge of chattel appraisals and formed E & C Services.  This extended chattel appraisal services to investors with single family homes, small multiple unit buildings, and even commercial buildings.  In 3 years she has helped over 150 clients, completed chattel appraisals on over 300 homes, and saved investors a total of 2.3 million dollars off their taxes.
